Creating your work
What counts as existing material?
Sermons, teachings, talks, coaching material, podcast episodes, blog posts, notes, transcripts, recordings, and your own stories can all be starting points. Tell us what you have, even if it is not organized yet.
Do I need to know the final format before I inquire?
No. Choose “I’m still exploring” in the contact form and describe your material and hopes for it. We can help you find a starting point.
Do I have to write the manuscript?
No. We find the message, main idea, and key points in the content you provide and shape them into a cohesive manuscript in your voice.
Can I review and edit the result?
Yes. Review and edit your manuscript or selected resource in the Studio before finalizing it. You also receive an editable Word document.
How long does it take to create a manuscript or Extender?
An Extender can often be generated in minutes once usable content is ready. A manuscript takes longer depending on source length and your review choices; some projects can be created in under an hour. Allow time to review, edit, and approve your files. These are estimates, not guaranteed completion times.
What does one Extender credit cover?
One credit creates one of the five available resources. You select the specific Extender in the Studio.
Content & rights
Can I attach my source material to the contact form?
The contact form does not accept files. Describe what you have in the project details. You can upload supported source material securely in the Studio when you are ready to create.
Do I need a Spine & Stature manuscript to buy an Extender?
No. You can use your own content or manuscript, or one created in the Spine & Stature Studio, as long as you have the right to use the source.
What kinds of content can I bring into the Studio?
Upload documents or supported audio and video files; speech in uploaded video can be transcribed. Available connections include Facebook, Instagram, and podcast RSS feeds when you have the right to use that content. More connections will be added as they become available.
Can I use a manuscript I already completed or published?
Yes, if you hold the rights to use it or have permission from the rights holder. An Extender from your own source does not use a Manuscript credit.
Can I make an Extender from any published book?
No. A book being published, purchased, or available online does not give you the right to adapt it. Use a book only when you hold the necessary rights or have permission from the rights holder.
Credits & checkout
What does the $47 introductory manuscript offer cover?
One Manuscript + Cover credit includes the complete manuscript and complete front, back, and spine cover. Message Extenders are separate $27 credits, one for each resource you create. Limited-time introductory pricing applies at checkout.
Can I use multiple Message Extender™ credits on the same manuscript?
Yes. Use the same manuscript or other permitted source content for different resources. Each Extender uses one credit; creating all five uses five credits.
How long do credits and Studio access last?
Use each standalone credit within one year of purchase. After valid credit use, Studio creation access for that work continues for 90 days. Completed products remain in Project Library.
What happens when I purchase a gift?
The purchaser receives confirmation and Stripe’s receipt separately. Within 30 minutes after payment, the recipient receives your note, private Studio sign-in instructions, credit, and exact use-by date.
What if I entered the wrong gift-recipient email?
Contact info@spineandstature.co as soon as possible. Do not forward the gift email or purchase again. After we verify you as the purchaser and confirm the gift credit has not been used, we can correct the recipient email. A used gift requires support review.
What must I accept before checkout?
One consolidated consent covers the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, electronic acceptance, and dispute provisions in the Terms.
